Step #2 - Enrol in The 4-Week Beginner's Course
The beginner’s course has been specifically designed to give you a foundation in karate education.
You’ll learn the three fundamentals of karate:
- Kihon – Basics
- Kata – Forms
- Kumite – Partner work
.
These three pillars develop coordination, timing, balance, and a great number of hidden benefits. Karate works with your body, which means your body will slowly adapt and get stronger over time.
What we find is that both adults and children thrive in this safe and positive environment. Â

Fudoshin Karate Members Handbook
The Fudoshin Karate handbook is a personalised document for your training and development. It’s a record of your progression from white belt to black belt and beyond, and you’ll submit it each time you grade.
Your handbook means you are part of something special, and sets your expectations, which will lead to a better understanding of karate, of yourself and your surroundings as a whole.
